Job description
In charge of carrying out welding work to maintain and repair structure or equipment that requires it.
Responsibilities and tasks

Perform welding work duly authorized by the Chief Engineer or the First Engineer.

Know the characteristics of thermoplastic materials to prepare and join the components to be welded.

To condition the workplace ensuring mobility of equipment and the application of safety standards.
Certifications and requirements

Licence updated.

IMO courses.

Valid medical certificate.

Basic trainig for oil and chemical tanker cargo operation.
