Responsibilities and tasks

  • Preparation, cooking and serving of food to the crew of the ship.

  • Keep kitchen and dining areas in clean and tidy condition.

  • Keep ship supplies and inventories updated and ready for inspection.

Certifications and requirements

  • Licence updated.

  • IMO courses.

  • Valid medical certificate.

  • Health carnet

  • Basic trainig for oil and chemical tanker cargo operation.
